Second day - Park Sky Town

2 May, the second event Tracers at the opening of summer sports season (see. As Opening the season. First Day). On this day in a high-rise city Sky Town the participants passed the seminar of Sonam Tsultim and tried themselves in overcoming various routes at height.

On the Park

Sky Town is the largest rope park in Russia, with a height of 16 meters. Cm. FYI high-rise Park Sky Town.

With 12.00 the seminar Sonam Tsultima
Sonama's seminar was devoted to the ability to listen to your body, the causes of problems of the musculo-ligamentous apparatus, breathing. During the seminar, Sonam demonstrated how to turn on muscles that have stopped functioning properly, and explained the causes and relationships. Participants of the seminar became “patients”.

14.00 - Passage of test tracks

In this part of the event, participants were trails of the park, to test their capabilities in raznoobryznyh trials.
