Load calculation for spreader bar (120cm) with different ropes/cables length:

So for 120cm spreader bar and 400kg weight under spreader bar the load on tube will be:

• for 65 cm ropes - 480 kg
• for 80 cm ropes - 227 kg
• for 110 cm ropes - 130 kg

As we can see load varies drastically depending on ropes/cables length used on top of spreader bar.
Use optimal values.
